Problem: aimswebPlus button or aimswebPlus login screen are not coming up when opening TestNav. Neither of the following two screens are shown:
Solution:
- Click the "person" icon at the top right, then click Choose a different customer.
- Then click aimswebPlus.
- Enter the Username and Password given by your teacher, then click Sign In.
